Defining some terms
Before we get started, here are a few terms to help things make sense.

Windows Clipboard - The windows clipboard isn't a program, and almost everyone has used it, but people get confused over what it is.  In almost any program on windows, if you highlight some text, you can "Copy" text using menu Edit->Copy, right-click and copy, or hitting Control-C.  This text can then be pasted into any program in windows by using Edit->Paste, right-click Paste, or hitting Control-V.  This text is held in the Windows Clipboard after the copy.  This clipboard is used by TextAloud often, so when I reference this within the rest of the tutorial.

Articles - TextAloud calls each document, email, web page segment, or chapter of an ebook that it is going to read an article.  Articles basically mean text on a single topic that you have copied in to TextAloud to be read.
